What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?

Yes, all our chalets are equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Do you provide breakfast?

Yes, we offer breakfast delivery directly to your chalet for an additional fee. Our breakfasts are carefully prepared in-house, using fresh ingredients. During the summer months, we take pride in incorporating organic vegetables from our very own garden. Please contact us to arrange this service and enjoy a taste of our garden's bounty.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, we offer free parking on-site, and no reservation is needed.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we generally require a minimum stay of 2 nights. During peak seasons and holidays, the minimum stay requirement may be longer. However, there are occasions when we rent for just one night. Please contact us for more information.

How can I book a chalet?

You can book directly through our website or contact us via phone or email. We recommend booking early, especially during peak seasons.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit and debit card payments as well as bank transfers.

Is a prepayment required for reservations?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the booking conditions. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details or contact us for more information.

Is there a security deposit required?

No, we do not require security deposits upon arrival.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation after paying the deposit?

Depending on your booking terms, cancellations or modifications may be possible. However, please note that the deposit might not be refundable if the reservation is canceled after a certain time frame.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow pets in our chalets. Cats can stay free of charge, while there is a fee of 70 zł per day for dogs.

What amenities are included in the chalets?

Our chalets are fully equipped with modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with satellite channels, Canal+ and HBO, free firewood for the fireplace, luxury toiletries from Fair CosmEthics, and more.

Are there options available for guests with limited mobility?

Unfortunately, our chalets are not fully equipped for guests with limited mobility due to the hilly terrain and wooden construction, but please reach out to discuss possible alternatives.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer airport transfer services from Kraków Airport (Balice) and other locations. Please contact us to arrange this service.

What activities are available on-site?

Guests can enjoy our nature sauna, hot tub, children’s playground, grill hut, and various outdoor terraces. We also offer organized activities such as sleigh rides, bonfires, and more.

How far is the nearest ski slope?

The nearest ski slopes are located just a few minutes away by car. Popular ski resorts like Małe Ciche, Białka Tatrzańska, and Bukowina Tatrzańska are within a short drive from our chalets. Additionally, in Murzasichle, where our chalets are situated at the entrance, there are ski lifts perfect for children. These slopes feature sledding tracks with conveyor belts specifically designed for kids.

Are there any grocery stores or restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are several grocery stores and restaurants within a short drive from the chalets. We also provide information about local dining options that offer delivery services.

Can I organize a special event or celebration at Górska Osada?

Yes, we are happy to help organize special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and more. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

Are the chalets suitable for families with children?

Absolutely! Our chalets are family-friendly, with amenities such as baby cots, high chairs, and a children's playground available on-site.

Do you offer cleaning services during the stay?

Yes, we provide cleaning services upon request for longer stays. Please contact us to arrange the details.
